The catering staff hard at work?
The catering section is a major influence on the morale of the personnel deployed on AACAP. If the food is good, the people are happy...and the food is GREAT!

The cooks prepare three meals per day. They are awake and preparing breakfast well before the rest of the camp gets out of bed. Once breakfast has finished and they have cleaned up, they start on preparing lunch. Not only do they need to prepare lunch for the members who work within the camp during the day, they also prepare lunches to be taken out to the construction sites and training areas.

Dinner is the biggest meal of the day and it never disappoints. The whole camp sits down in the mess tents to discuss the day's work and unwind.
