March In / March Out
Introduction
1. All personnel marching in to or out of 21 Const Regt are required to complete the 5th Brigade or March Out Proformas below or from the the orderly room or on the 5th Bde BOSC Administration procedures website. This includes personnel who are:
a. Posted in or out of 21 Const Regt;
b. Transferring in or out of 21 Const Regt/ Active or Inactive Reserve;
c. Enlisting or discharging from 21 Const Regt; and
d. Departing 21 Const Regt on a course held over an extended duration.
2. Marching In. Personnel marching in to 21 Const Regt are also required to complete:
a. Tp Comd Notebooks;
b. CO's notebook (including photo); and
c. AA157 Application to Live in, Live out and Categorisation.
3. Mandated training. Personnel marching in to 21 Const Regt are to complete the mandated training conducted at the commencement of each calendar year. The Mandated Training Package is available on the Resources Page or from the ADJT or can be completed online via CAMPUS on the DRN.
4. Marching Out. Personnel marching out of 21 Const Regt on posting should complete their march out NLT 30 Nov. ARes personnel are to advise the Orderly room of march out requirements at least one week in advance.
Personal details
5. PMKeyS. PMKeys is an army-wide personnel administration system and is the primary source for all personal information. It is an individual responsibility to ensure that personal details are maintained in PMKeyS, with particular attention being paid to:
a. Personal details - including home / work addresses and telephone contact numbers;
b. Categorisations IAW ref A; and
c. Emergency contacts - persons nominated by you for contact should you be involved in an emergency whilst on duty.
6. Changes in Circumstances. The above fields can be individually maintained using the PMKeyS Self Service function located on the DRN home page. All other personal details recorded on PMKeyS can be added or amended by submitting a form AD150 ADF Personal Data - PMKeys to the orderly room, via the chain of command.
7. Handovers. Staff handovers are to be conducted within the guidelines provided by ref G. All ARA personnel, and key appointments of ARes, are to complete written handovers (in minute format) for their incoming replacements. These minutes are to be info copied to the CO and RSM
