The 8th Combat Service Support Battalion (8 CSSB) is a part-time Army (Reserve) unit with depots located in Sydney (Dundas) and Newcastle (Adamstown). The unit provides combat support services to the 8th Brigade and it's units. 8 CSSB includes:

• Headquarters & Logistic Support Company (HQ & Log Personnel)
• Transport Company (Transport Personnel)
• Supply Company (Ordiance Personnel)
• Health Services Company (Medical, Dental and Psyche)
• Workshop Company (Electrical & Mechanical Engineers )
