TWILIGHT CONCERT
The Australian Army Band Melbourne provides musical support to the Defence Force School of Music (DFSM) to enable them to undertake concert performances that fulful training requirements for students under training. Like the DFSM ' At Home
' concert series, the Twilight concert series is another form of training; however, they are performed outside. They regularly include acts such as dancers, special guest artists, vocalists, instrumental soloists, choirs and of course, fireworks and 'big' Army canons. These concerts are extremely popular and are very well attended. At times attendance has exceeded 4000 people.
As with all our performances, the show is always focused on entertainment that is exciting and colourful, not to mention, professional. Our wonderful singers are always a treat for the audience when they sing acapella or along with the great sounds of the concert band or Big Band.
