Defence Online Clothing Store is a joint initiative between Joint Logistics Command (JLC) and its National Clothing Store Contractor, Serco Sodexo Defence Services (SSDS) to provide an online clothing catalogue and ordering solution that utilises the current clothing store network and operations.

Defence Online Clothing Store is a web enabled e-Commerce online ordering system for non-combat clothing items and accoutrements. While initially limited to a reduced number of catalogue items (approximately 160 items and 3,000 products), it has the capacity to expand to encompass all items available from the clothing store.

It is supported by an SSDS managed Help Desk to assist with customer enquiries, entitlement, catalogue, pricing and delivery arrangements and utilises the current store network to pick, pack and dispatch orders.

Defence Online Clothing Store enables Australian Defence Force members to order products online and offers either collection at one of the 32 Clothing Stores or delivery to a base or home address.

Initially the Defence Online Clothing Store is providing services through seven Navy, Army and Airforce stores within the Sydney, New South Wales military area. A full national rollout through all stores is planned to commence early in 2013.
