Warren who is a very passionate man left the Army after 20 years as he felt it was getting a bit stale.

Now he's returned with more passion and enjoys the flexibility that the Army provides, allowing him to not only grow within the Army but also maintain his other interests - Permaculture.

'Most people in the Australian Army have a passion for what they do and for the principle and values that we stand for. I think being back within that kind of organisation is something that's great. It's an opportunity, it's a second time around that the Australian Army is offering to people.'
