Lanyard Parade

Lanyard Parade - Saturday 17 March 2012

The III Class Lanyard parade will be held on 17 March 2012.

Sequence of Events

1300h - Activities will commence with a central presentation to parents and guests, on the Initial Cadet Training undertaken by the III Class Cadets in the Rowell Theatre of the Military Instruction Building.

1400h - Coach Pickup from outside of the Military Instruction Block drop off at the Sports Ovals(TBC) (Location of Parade)

1415 - 1445 h - Lanyard Parade commences. The parade will provide the family and guests of III class cadets the opportunity to observe the symbolic entry into the Corps of Staff Cadets.

1450h - Coaches pickup personnel from Sports Ovals an move to Corp of Staff Mess.

1500h - Parents and guests are invited to watch the III class cadets be welcomed to the Corps of Staff Cadets Mess and to join them for afternoon Tea.

1630h - Afternoon Tea finishes and SCDT's are given local leave until first parade Monday morning.

Cost: Afternoon tea will be $13.00 per person, SCDT's to pay for their guests (exact costs TBC) Lanyard Parade Booklet
