Pilot Courses

• Army runs 4 pilots courses per year, with a course starting approximately every 3 months
• Pilot training takes a minimuim of 18 months, 6 months at Tamworth and up to a year at Oakey
• Candidates must be aware that there may be gaps between courses and members should prepare themselves psychologically for this possibility
• The Return Of Service Obligation (ROSO) for pilot training is 5 years from completion of training.
