The Membership Member should be contacted about:
- Membership eligibility
- Marching-in or Marching-out (Ordinary Members: Military)
- Application to Join, or Resignation of Membership (Other Members: Affilite and Honorary)
- Update of Contact Details (All)

Payments can be made in person, using the payment slip on a Mess Bill, direct deposit to DefCredit, or Electronic Funds Transfer. See the Information -> Mess Bills page for more details.

The Mess Manager can be contacted with basic queries, such as account balances or statement requests.
The Treasurer is to be contacted about all account issues that may involve an account adjustment (other than general payment of the account).

The Mess Manager can be contacted to make bookings for; large groups for Bistro lunches, the Fine Dining Room, Functions, Buffets, and other events. Attention should be paid to RSVP timings as vacancies are often limited for various events.
