Paying your Mess bill.

Paying your VBOM mess bill can be quite simple.
Please follow one of the suggestions below.

In Person: See the Mess Manager in the office between 8:00am and 1:00pm, or 2:00pm and 4:00pm. You can pay by cash, cheque, or credit card.

By Post: Payment by credit card, or cheque or money order made out to 'Victoria Barracks Officers Mess', complete with the payment slip on the bottom of your Mess Bill.
These items are then posted to:

By Telephone: Call the Mess Manager between 8:00am and 1:00pm, or 2:00pm and 4:00pm on (03)9282 6370, with your credit card details and mess number.

On the Internet: If your bank account allows Electronic Funds Transfer, payments can be made to the Victoria Barracks Officer Mess, BSB: 803205, Account: 36450.
(Defcredit members will also need the VBOM Main Bank Account Number: 20509153)

In ALL cases, you must quote your Mess Membership Number and Name to ensure that you payment is correctly allocated to your fees (e.g. written on back of cheque, quoted by phone, as a comment in Electronic Funds Transfer). Refer to picture below as an example.

Failure to provide these details may result in your payment being delayed or not attributed to your Mess account.
The Mess will accept no responsibility for missed payments if these details are not included.
