Application for Affiliiate or Honorary Membership to the VBM Sergeants Mess Applicants must be proposed and seconded by ordinary members and provide Passport sized photo with their application.
VBM Mess Access Pass This annex extracted from the CSI-IM Security Instruction, outlines the procedures for the issue of a temporary or permanent Access Control Pass for entry into Victoria Barracks, Melbourne.
Port Order Form - Crystal Decanter Set Ordinary Members discharging after 20 years Defence Service are entitled to be presented with a Boxed Crystal Decanter and Glass Set depicting their choice of Defence Crest/Badge.
Order Form - Photo or Plaque Ordinary Members with over 12 mths membership are entitled to a framed photo of early era Victoria Barracks or a mess plaque upon posting from the Inner Melbourne area.
