Details of the the VBOM Social Calendar can be obtained by contacting the mess manager using the details outlined on the Welcome Page.

Bookings

If you wish to book the mess for a private function, your first port of call is the Mess Secretary via formal request. You should also have a chat with the mess manager on (02) 9339 3374 to determine if, and when the mess is available.

A minimum of three weeks notice is required.

Fees in addition to catering and labour costs for private functions are as follows: Mess Heritage Fee:
$5 per person ($500 max)

Receiver of Public Monies Facilities Hire Fee:
1-3 hours - $39.70 per hour (inc. GST)
3-5 hours - $66.15 per hour (inc. GST)
