The questions below are a guide only if you would like to give us feedback on how your removal went this last posting period. Feel free to answer what ever you want or just send in a story of how things went. We are after good and bad. Army want to ensure DHA and TOLL do the job we pay for properly, but to make sure we fix the mistakes we need them told to us rather than just joked about in the bar. If we get little or no feedback we have to take that that things went relatively well. We'll put our feedback together with the feedback provided direct to DHA and TOLL when some get phoned during the uplift and download process. We'll take responses delivered by an individual to their unit, by post or by email. Details below.
