2011

This year the annual event is a Cocktail Party to be held at Taylor Barracks, Orkney Road, Karratha on 17 September 2011 commencing at 1900h (7pm). Gates open at 1830 (630pm)and the Bar will be open from 1845h (645pm).

A bus service is available for those members wishing the do the right thing and leave the car at home if planning to drink. Bus departs the Barracks at 1740H (540pm) and is planned to arrive back at the Barracks at 1835h (635pm). The bus will depart the Barracks at 0015h (1215am) to drop members home. Those members wishing to use the transport are to advise Major Damien Casey NLT 24 August 2011

The Regiment intends to provide child care during the course of the event for unit members. It is proposed to be availabe from 1700h (5pm) till 0030h (1230am). Members wishing to using the facility are to advise Major Casey NLT 24 August 2011.

Tickets are available now at a cost of:

• Regiment Members $50.00
• Non Regiment Members $70.00

Drink tickets are available for purchase till 1 September 2011 and prices are:

• Soft Drinks $1.00
• Water $1.00
• Fruit Juices/Poppers $1.00
• Ginger Beer $1.50
• UDL Mixed Drinks $5.00
• Light Beer $3.00
• Mid Strength Beer $4.00
• Cocktails $5.00
• Bottled Wine $20.00

All wine will be sold by the bottle and cocktail quantities are limited. Drink tickets may still be purchased on the night; however it is encouraged that these be pre ordered to ensure availability and reduce the handling of cash.

All tickets are available from RHQ Orderly Room or Ms Amanda Best NLT 1 September 2011

• Officers - Winter Mess Dress/Dress Order 6A
• SNCOs - Dress Order 6B
• JNCOs/ORs - Black tie or Ladies equivalentor Dress order 2F
• Civilians - Black tie or Ladies equivalent
• Duty Officer/Duty NCO - Dress Order 2C
