The Senate Saxophones: Straight and Swung is made up from the members of the Saxophone section of the RMC Band.
The groups repertoire ranges widely from original French Saxophone quartet music and Classical transcriptions to more popular and jazz style arrangements. Examples include works by Nigel Wood, Glazunov, as well as popular Jazz Standards.
The Senate Saxophones: Straight and Swung is a very versatile group for both informal and formal occasions, often tasked with providing background music for Dinners and other occasions.
