Visit Policy
Introduction
Throughout each year, the Soldier Career Management Agency (SCMA) hosts a variety of visitors from external units and organisations. These visits are a very important part of SCMA's business, as they help promote a better understanding of our core task, which is Soldier Career Management. During the period Feb to May SCMA are heavily involved in prepraration and presentation of soldiers to the Personnel Advisory Committee (PAC) for promotion. Units are encouraged to visit SCMA and observe the PAC process however, as Career Managers are critical in the this activity, they will not always be available for career management consultation. The preferred days to visit SCMA are Tue-Thu.
Approval Authority
The approval authority for all requests to visit SCMA is the CO SCMA. All incoming requests for visits are to be staffed through the WO Coord for approval. Visit requests are to be submitted to SCMA via the e-mail address
