Army Expansion, Rank Retention and Comlpetion Bonus
Chief of Army will offer an initial bonus of $10,000 for an additional year of service, followed by a further bonus of $30,000 for those who complete and additional three years service. The bonus will be offered to eligible personnel in the ranks of corporal and sergeant with at least two years service; and to eligible personnel at rank of captain and major with at least three years service on 01 March 2007 and 01 March 2008.
Please note that no further AERRB offers for 2007 are being made. Round two offers commenced on 3 Mar 08 and units are being advised by signal of all eligible members. For implementation information go to Stay Army Home>Retention Initiatives>Admin Procedures.
Those individuals who are entitled to the bonus will be provided a package through their chain of command. The members year of service will commence in accordance with PACMAN, Volume 1, Chapter 3, Part 5, Division 19, Clause 3.5.189.2.
Payment will be paid into your account within 90 days of offer being accepted.
