Military Instructor Allowance.

Chief of Army will provide a $5,000 per annum allowance to encourage personnel to undertake a posting as a training instructor and to recognise the additional demands associated with such postings.
Payment will be made to those members who are posted into a recognised Training Command instructor position.

This Determination provides for a bonus payment scheme for members who perform the duties of a military instructor.
