New Headstone Dedications on 19 July 2011 - The replacement headstones for the 14 Australian soldiers who were identified by name at the 2011 Joint Identification Board will be dedicated during a commemorative event held at the Fromelles (Pheasant Wood) Military Cemetery on 19 July this year.

Further Identifications
The 2011 Joint Identification Board met in London on 4 April 2011 and confirmed the identity of a further 14 Australian soldiers. This brings the total of identified Australians to 110. The latest figures for identification are:
- 110 Named Australian soldiers
- 100 Unknown Australian soldiers
- 2 Unknown British soldiers
- 38 Unidentified soldiers.
