Kapooka Neighbourhood House

The Kapooka Neighbourhood House is a community group specifically set up within the Kapooka Village to help support Defence families.

Kapooka Neighbourhood House (KNH) is a profit organisation and welcomes both Defence and non-Defence families.  The KNH encourages social interaction and friendship and supports a range of activities including such as:

  • book club,
  • study groups,
  • playgroups,
  • social dinners (child free),
  • special guest speakers and seminars,
  • health and fitness groups, and
  • holiday activities and youth club.

Defence Special Needs Support Group

The group holds regular coffee mornings and family events providing access to information and assistance available through the network.
