Chief of Army Symposium 2025

All Department of Defence members (Australian Defence Force and Australian Public Service) are invited to register for the Chief of Army Symposium 2025 (CAS 2025).

The theme for the CAS 2025, is Army in Society. Hear from a range of leading experts as they explore and discuss the Army’s relationship with the nation.

This year, there are two viewing options open to Department of Defence members.

• Virtual: Attend virtually, with full access to the two-day program streamed, live online.
  • Virtual registration will close Monday 18 August.
• Hybrid: Opt for the hybrid experience, which includes in-person attendance to the opening session, followed by remote participation to the remainder of the program.
  • The opening session will be held at the Australian Parliament House, 9 am to 12.30 pm, Tuesday, 26 August 2025.

Note, there are limited hybrid tickets, we recommend registering as soon as possible to avoid missing out. Hybrid registrations will close Monday, 11 August 2025, or once capacity is reached.
