Australian Defence Force will be conducting flight operations which will encompass the regional areas of Townsville Field Training Area over the period May to August 2023.
The training will include Royal Australian Air Force aircraft flying by day and night at low altitude. The use of these aircraft will create noise.
People who see the training should not be concerned that any of the locations are under any form of actual threat. The public should not be alarmed if they see or hear aircraft.
The ADF thanks the public for their patience and cooperation while this essential training is being conducted.
