Army is conducting 155mm Artillery Live Firing activities which may generate noise within the confines of the Townsville Field Training Area from 6th to 16th July 2023.
Activities will occur between 12:00am to 11:59pm daily.
This training is essential to maintain the world class capabilities the Australian Defence Force provides the Government in defence of the nation.
The ADF thanks the public for their patience and cooperation while this essential training is being conducted.
