The Australian Defence Force is conducting 155mm Artillery and RAAF flights within the confines of the Townsville Field Training Area from 27th August to 8th September 2023. This may generate noise.
These activities may occur daily during all hours. This training is essential to maintain the world class capabilities the Australian Defence Force provides the Government in defence of the nation.
The Australian Defence Force thanks the public for their patience and cooperation while this essential training is being conducted.
