Army training activity

2nd Force Support Battalion (2 FSB) will be conducting their annual Exercise Griffin III in Stony Head Training Area from 13 to 15 Sep 24 across both day and night.

2 FSB will be conducting a variety of smalls arms shoots and High Explosive practice throughout the duration of the exercise. Please note that the High Explosive practise will only be conducted on the Sunday during daylight hours.

People located near the training area should not be alarmed as this a controlled exercise.

This training is essential to maintain the world class capabilities the ADF provides the government in defence of the nation.

The ADF thanks the public for their patience and cooperation while this essential training is being conducted.
