Military personnel from a number of units will be conducting training courses at Holsworthy Barracks, across the following days in September and October 2024. This training will include elements where Defence personnel are required to use explosive weapons.
18 September 24 - 7:00am to 5:00pm
27 September 24 - 8:00am to 12:00pm
01 October 24 - 8:00am to 4:00pm
11 October 24 - 8:00am to 12:30pm
This training is vital to developing the skills of Defence personnel, and to maintaining the world-class military capabilities the Australian Defence Force provides to the Government in defence of the nation. It is not expected the training will impose on weekends, and planned activities will be restricted to daylight hours only.
The community should not be concerned during these training activities.
