Museums

The Australian Army Museum Network is a collection of Regional and Corps Museums located Australia wide under command of the Australian Army History Unit.

Traditions

A custom is a practice, a mode of behaviour or a particular way of acting in a given set of circumstances; a tradition is the passing down over time of a custom. Today’s soldiers proudly carry on the customs of the Australian Army.

Emblems

The Australian Army has a range of recognisable emblems that are protected by legislation. These emblems include the iconic Rising Sun badge, as well as corps and unit emblems. Permission to use Australian Army emblems is managed by the Army Brand Manager to ensure Army’s brand and reputation are maintained.
