Please note that the Australian Army History Unit does not loan or sell books.

The majority of the book titles in the Australian Army Campaign Series, Australian Army Combat Support Series, Australian Military History Series, Australian Army History Series, and the Australian Army History Collection sections link to Google Books. The Google Book links provide a choice of retailers. If your chosen retailer lists your chosen book as for example, ‘unavailable’ or ‘not found’, that means the book is out of stock because it is out of print or awaiting reprint. Please contact your retailer or the publisher for further details. Of course, you can always borrow books from a public library.

For professional military education purposes and as awards and presentation gifts, units can request the supply of Australian Army History Unit books (at no cost to unit libraries) via aahu.library@defence.gov.au.

If you are a current employee of the Australian Department of Defence and/or an authorised user who is permitted access to the secure Defence networks, then you can access the books via the Defence Library Service - OverDrive.
