Advice for Potential Applicants
Potential applicants are encouraged to read and take note of the material available here on the website, namely the following documents: Advice to Applicants, Frequently Asked Questions and information on the Funding Agreement for recipients.
Hundreds of diverse and interesting projects have been awarded financial funding in previous Financial Years. Many of these have subsequently resulted in well regarded publications.
If wondering whether a particular research proposal is suitable under the auspices of this Scheme, applicants are advised to pay special notice to the list of previous supported topics which will give a strong indication of the type of projects favoured by the assessment committee.
Questions not answered on the website may be submitted to ahu.enquiries [at] defence.gov.au (subject: Army%20History%20Research%20Grants%20Scheme%20Enquiry) (us here).
Application forms should be completed, saved and submitted to: ahu.enquiries [at] defence.gov.au.
There are two forms you will need:
The main form is to be filled out by the applicant; and
