Australian Defence Force practice fly past in Darwin

Australian Defence Force personnel will conduct a practice fly past over Knuckey Street, Darwin on Thursday 21 April in the lead up to Anzac Day.

The fly past will occur between 1.30pm and 2.30pm and will involve Eurocopter Tiger armed reconnaissance helicopters from Army’s 1st Aviation Regiment.

People who see the fly past should not be concerned about any form of actual threat.

Noise reduction and the environment are vital considerations in the planning and conduct of military flying.
