Royal Australian Army Dental Corps

The role of the Royal Australian Army Dental Corps is to provide the Army with a fit and healthy force through the assessment of dental fitness, and the prevention and treatment of dental illness and injury.

The Royal Australian Army Dental Corps (RAADC) focuses on preventive measures to reduce the number of casualties in operations due to dental problems. RAADC is made up of highly trained professionals, who are often called upon to work in field conditions.

In both war and peace, the Army's dental workers provide staff for hospitals, support battalions and dental centres.

The Royal Australian Army Dentral Corps motto is ‘Honour the Work’.
