Regimental Sergeant Major - 2nd Division

Warrant Officer Iseppi grew up in the south west of Western Australia and completed her schooling at Waroona and Pinjarra. In 1986, she enlisted in the Australian Regular Army. After recruit training at Kapooka, Warrant Officer Iseppi was allocated to the Royal Australian Corps of Signals.

Warrant Officer Iseppi has completed a number of trade and regimental appointments including; 134th Signal Squadron, 4th Signal Regiment, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, Army School of Signals, Royal Military College Duntroon, 1st Joint Support Unit and 110th Signal Squadron.

Warrant Officer Iseppi completed her Regimental Sergeant Majors Course in 2001 and was appointed as the Regimental Sergeant Major, 8th Signal Regiment in 2002. Her other Regimental Sergeant Major appointments include the 1st Joint Support Unit, Defence Force School of Signals, WO and NCO Academy (instructor), Land Warfare Centre – Western Australia, Operation MAZURKA and Regimental Sergeant Major- Ceremonial-Australian Defence Force. In 2012, Warrant Officer Iseppi attended Australian Command and Staff College participating in the Masters in Military Studies program. In 2013, she was appointed as the Regimental Sergeant Major 13 Brigade, and in 2015, Regimental Sergeant Major of the Defence Command Support Training Centre.

Warrant Officer Iseppi has completed operational tours of duty in East Timor with INTERFET (1999 – 2000) and Operation MAZURKA (2009). Warrant Officer Iseppi was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in the 2006 Queens Birthday Honours List. Her other honours and awards include the Australian Active Service Medal (East Timor), INTERFET Medal, Australian Service Medal (Sinai), Defence Long Service Medal (with clasps), Australian Defence Medal and the Multinational Force and Observers Medal. She was also awarded a Silver Commendation during her tenure as a sergeant instructor at Duntroon.

Warrant Officer Iseppi is a Life Member of the Australian Defence Force Hockey Association and still participates in regular competitions both within and outside Defence. She also enjoys reading, good coffee and travelling to areas of historical military significance. Warrant Officer Iseppi is an enthusiastic West Coast Eagles supporter.
