Australian Army Band Darwin
Formed in 1988, the Australian Army Band Darwin is an regional support band of 20 musicians which can provide everything from a bugler to a marching band, or an intimate jazz group to a full production rock show.
The Australian Army Band Darwin is the sole Defence band in the Northern Territory and is kept busy supporting units from all three services throughout the Northern Territory and Kimberley region. Primarily these units are from 1stBrigade, Larrakeyah Barracks, RAAF Base Darwin and Tindal. Additionally, the band is in demand to support frequent Government and City of Darwin events as well as various charitable organisations in Darwin and throughout the Territory.
