Diggerworks Support Request

Diggerworks mission is to identify, develop and integrate SCS solutions to continuously enhance the capability of the ADF Land Combatant, of which this is split up the five following core Lines of Effort (LoE):

  • LoE 1 Development -  continually improving SCS and finding solutions to short and medium term problems that affect the performance of the ADF Land Combatant. LoE 1 is Diggerworks main effort.
  • LoE 2 Engagement - maintaining close engagement with users, allies, industry and Army as the Capability Manager. This effort will manifest in the deployment of engagement teams to unit and formation level, consistent industry contact and habitual links with allies in forums such as ABCA and NATO.
  • LoE 3 Systems Integration - provide SME advice to integrate new SCS components to ensure that the combat soldier is an integrated combat system and not an aggregation of individual components.
  • LoE 4 Configuration Management - Diggerworks supports Army in having informed control over the configuration of SCS.
  • LoE 5 Modernisation - Diggerworks supports Army in developing the requirements of the future soldier systems within the context of Army's force modernisation objectives and Defence's capability development plans.
