To register with Unrecovered War Casualties - Army (UWC-A) you will need to provide comprehensive information about your relative. The more information you can provide the greater the chances of an identification.
Your registration must include the following information about your relative:
- Given names
- Regimental number
- Date of birth
- Date of death (eg. 19-20 July 1916)
- Place of death (eg. Fromelles or Fleurbaix)
- Your relationship to the deceased
